Shortcut -
A quick way to start a program
or open a file or folder without having to search for its exact location
on your computer. Icons
that have
have
tiny black arrows in their bottom-left corner. The black arrow indicates

program it points to remains on your computer. However, if you delete the
file or program itself, not only will it be gone for good but any existing
shortcuts to that object will no longer work.
