Left-click on the Start Button at the bottom left
of screen.

Click
All Programs, then to Accessories,
then System tools, then finally click on Disk
Defragmenter.
Click Image for example:

Click
Continue on the User Account Control Popup

Click
Defragment Now

Note:
If you have multiple hard drives on your computer you will need to
defragment them one at a time.
